1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:
✔ Damaged or Defective Products – If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or replacement.
✔ Incorrect Item Received – If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for a replacement.
✔ Lost Shipments – If your package is not delivered within 45 days of shipment, we will investigate and issue a refund if necessary.
📌 Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind after purchase).
- Incorrect orders due to customer error (e.g., wrong size, color, or address entered).
- Minor variations in product appearance due to supplier differences.
- Late delivery caused by shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or other uncontrollable factors.
2. Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
2️⃣ Wait for Approval
- If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.
- Do not send items back to the supplier or return address on the package without prior approval.
3️⃣ Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.
- If approved, refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

- If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., used, missing parts), we reserve the right to deny a refund or offer only a partial refund.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so please use a trackable shipping method.
3. Refund Policy
✔ Approved Refunds
- Refunds will be issued for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items as per our policy.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders that are still in transit or delayed due to external factors.
- Returned items sent without prior approval.
- Digital products, gift cards, or personalized/customized items.
4. Order Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations as the order may already be in processing or shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed, redirected, or canceled.
5. Charge backs & Disputes
- We encourage customers to contact us first before filing disputes or chargebacks with their bank or payment provider.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in being blacklisted from future purchases at Gadget Hub.
